
I'm trying Bikram Yoga tomorrow morning. I'm excited but a little apprehensive about how I can keep focused enough to ignore the high temps. I can't wait to sweat though. Sweat the nasties out of my body, and if my muscles get loose enough maybe I can actually do the stretch in this picture.

I've only tried Yoga a couple of times. Clearly, I didn't do so hot.
