Every morning I wake up with a head full of things to do. I scramble around trying to put them in lists of importance all while trying to keep the peace within my little brood (trying to recall everything I've learned and read about parenting at the same time.) I love being a wife and the quirks that come with having my man forever. I love to be creative and thrive on crossing off my to do list. I strive to find balance and put first things first which brings me PEACE & JOY and allows me to sleep so much easier when I do. I think that one of the secrets to being HAPPY in life is to find that balance. I'm learning how to be kinder to myself and learning patience in progress. Everyday, through the thick and thin of life I'm trying to turn my heart towards heaven and remember what's really important.Oh, and I love to eat, so much so that I love to exercise too.

I've got to get busy... no more computer time this weekend- that means no blogging.

We will be listing our house with a Realtor on Monday, so that means I've gotta straighten things up a bit and I definitely have got to turn this dang computer off. I've been getting a bit off balance in the mom and wife department. My family needs more HAPPY time with me. So... I have a goal this weekend. Make kids laugh so hard they fall on the floor, make my husband so happy he can't stop kissing me, and get my house sparklin' so I can finally sell this thing. Wish me LUCK!!!!

  4. We are getting ready to put our house on the market in just a few weeks, good luck with yours! I totally know what you mean about blogging. I have thought to myself, "I'm sitting here reading all these people's blogs that I hardly know and ignoring the people in my own house! Enough is enough." :) You are awesome. Love, K

  13. Balance, life is all about balance isn't it. Great article in this months Ensign about balance.

Good luck with the house sale. Quite an invasive process isn't it? I baked Rhodes bread every day we had a showing, emptied my closets and having the kids keep everything tidy 24/7 and still live in it is a huge obstacle in itself. But...enjoy it if you can, because your house will be exactly the way you always would like your house to be. ;)
