Every morning I wake up with a head full of things to do. I scramble around trying to put them in lists of importance all while trying to keep the peace within my little brood (trying to recall everything I've learned and read about parenting at the same time.) I love being a wife and the quirks that come with having my man forever. I love to be creative and thrive on crossing off my to do list. I strive to find balance and put first things first which brings me PEACE & JOY and allows me to sleep so much easier when I do. I think that one of the secrets to being HAPPY in life is to find that balance. I'm learning how to be kinder to myself and learning patience in progress. Everyday, through the thick and thin of life I'm trying to turn my heart towards heaven and remember what's really important.Oh, and I love to eat, so much so that I love to exercise too.

This feels so good I think I might just do it the rest of my life!!!

Being fit that is. Not doing this program!

I didn't measure or really know what my exact weight was when I started. I do know that I was 164 at my
heaviest and my lowest was at 154.

What matters most is:
  • I've lost a ton of inches.
  • I'm much more flexible. I can bend at the waist, grab my ankles while keeping my legs straight and almost put my forehead on my legs. (This to me is amazing!!!!)
  • Some of my clothes are baggy.
  • I have more energy. (I went grocery shopping at 4:00 pm with all 4 of my kids and bought $200 worth of groceries in 1 hour and I wasn't exhausted afterwards.) I feel better about myself because I've been keeping the promises I made to myself.
  • I've done something that was very difficult but now I feel more confident and want to go to the next level. I want to get RIPPED!!!
  • I've bonded more with my sister who completed the program after her second pregnancy. I think she wants to do it again. (I've called her several time to report milestones.)THANKS SHERRI!!! YOU'RE WONDERFUL!!!
  • I'm happier.
  • I get more accomplished in my day.
  • I crawled through McDonald's play land with my kids and had a blast playing with them. I also took them to the park the other day (it was absolutely gorgeous outside) and I 'm the one that suggested we play tag.

  1. Good for you!! I really should exercise, but . . . there always seems to be something else I'd rather do. One of these day's it's going to catch up with me and then I'll HAVE to do it!

  3. I didn't even see this post until just now.

Congratulations! I just started getting up early again and working out. It's hard dragging myself out of bed at 5:30, but once I'm done, it's totally worth it. My problem is just sticking to it!
