I didn't measure or really know what my exact weight was when I started. I do know that I was 164 at my heaviest and my lowest was at 154.
What matters most is:
- I've lost a ton of inches.
- I'm much more flexible. I can bend at the waist, grab my ankles while keeping my legs straight and almost put my forehead on my legs. (This to me is amazing!!!!)
- Some of my clothes are baggy.
- I have more energy. (I went grocery shopping at 4:00 pm with all 4 of my kids and bought $200 worth of groceries in 1 hour and I wasn't exhausted afterwards.) I feel better about myself because I've been keeping the promises I made to myself.
- I've done something that was very difficult but now I feel more confident and want to go to the next level. I want to get RIPPED!!!
- I've bonded more with my sister who completed the program after her second pregnancy. I think she wants to do it again. (I've called her several time to report milestones.)THANKS SHERRI!!! YOU'RE WONDERFUL!!!
- I'm happier.
- I get more accomplished in my day.
- I crawled through McDonald's play land with my kids and had a blast playing with them. I also took them to the park the other day (it was absolutely gorgeous outside) and I 'm the one that suggested we play tag.

Good for you!! I really should exercise, but . . . there always seems to be something else I'd rather do. One of these day's it's going to catch up with me and then I'll HAVE to do it!
ReplyDeleteGood job Kim! It is always nice to feel good and to be active.
ReplyDeleteAWESOME! You go girl!
ReplyDeleteThat is awesome!
ReplyDeleteI didn't even see this post until just now.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! I just started getting up early again and working out. It's hard dragging myself out of bed at 5:30, but once I'm done, it's totally worth it. My problem is just sticking to it!
