- Every morning I wake up with a head full of things to do. I scramble around trying to put them in lists of importance all while trying to keep the peace within my little brood (trying to recall everything I've learned and read about parenting at the same time.) I love being a wife and the quirks that come with having my man forever. I love to be creative and thrive on crossing off my to do list. I strive to find balance and put first things first which brings me PEACE & JOY and allows me to sleep so much easier when I do. I think that one of the secrets to being HAPPY in life is to find that balance. I'm learning how to be kinder to myself and learning patience in progress. Everyday, through the thick and thin of life I'm trying to turn my heart towards heaven and remember what's really important.Oh, and I love to eat, so much so that I love to exercise too.

I went to Zumba once and felt exactly the same way. My favorite cardio is Turbo Jam. I wish there was a class here. I'm tempted to just buy the dvds and do it myself. Would you be interested in getting a group together at the church if I buy them? I NEEEED to start exercising.!
ReplyDeleteI've been to some zumba classes like that...but they aren't all like that. I think a lot of it depends on the teacher. There's an awesome lady here that teaches at a church and she's really good to make sure the music is clean and the moves are appropriate. Good luck finding something you can feel good about!
ReplyDeleteGood job for you. I feel better when I don't feel yucky about something. And, so far as every pic I see of you, I DO NOT see 10 lbs anywhere you could lose, sister!
ReplyDeleteWhen I was exercising the other day, I was thinking about you and then kind of laughed because I find myself thinking about you often like we're regular chums, in the same neighborhood, talking frequently. I guess blogs give a tease feeling like that. It would be fun if we had each other's cell phones and then we could text or maybe actually have a real conversation some time. That might be amazing.
