Stephanie, I cried too.
I live in Washington. My husband is running the marathon in St. George. Your talk was scheduled at the perfect time. I met my niece who attends BYU in the second row. I sat right behind your family. I saw you up close. Not your scars but your heart. Snot and tears were all over my face too. Don't be embarrassed about that. I know your story because my mom died two days after your crash. I've turned to you for strength. I've taught my YW your story and told them to put more time into their spirits. My children know you by name and pray for you in their own personal prayers. I was honored to be there Thursday. Thank you. Wish I could've hugged you too.
