Every morning I wake up with a head full of things to do. I scramble around trying to put them in lists of importance all while trying to keep the peace within my little brood (trying to recall everything I've learned and read about parenting at the same time.) I love being a wife and the quirks that come with having my man forever. I love to be creative and thrive on crossing off my to do list. I strive to find balance and put first things first which brings me PEACE & JOY and allows me to sleep so much easier when I do. I think that one of the secrets to being HAPPY in life is to find that balance. I'm learning how to be kinder to myself and learning patience in progress. Everyday, through the thick and thin of life I'm trying to turn my heart towards heaven and remember what's really important.Oh, and I love to eat, so much so that I love to exercise too.

I like vignetting a lot. It brings the focus into his eyes. I wasn't able to get his skin like Lee's. My kids want to play on the computer REALLY bad. Yikes!! I could play in photoshop all day!!!

    Big improvement Kim!! Great job! It takes time. I will walk you though an awesome vinegette if you want that I love more than the black. It is super easy and you will love it!! It was super fun to talk with you! And I will get your package in the mail Monday. Just send me your address!

    If you need any subjects to practice on, I would love to have some maternity pictures done. I am trying to get together with a friend in Spokane to do some, but I'm not totally sure if that is going to work out. Let me know :)

    Not that I know anything at all about Photoshop, but I do think this looks better. I love how his eyes pop. Great job, Kim!

    I too would love to give you some practice :) I have an exanding belly that would love to captured on film (well, digital ;)

    So fun! Okay I absolutely love Photoshop! I am with you I could spend all day playing.
    You asked about my Lens and I love my 50mm fixed. That is what I use a lot and what I did use for the pictures I took of the Hydes!
