Tomorrow is my birthday! Wanna know my wish? This might sound funny or a little corny. But, I just wanna know that my life makes a difference. Do I bring joy to others? (thought comes from "The Bucket List") I'm working on my joy levels in life. I've been thinking a lot about this quote...
"Cultivate an attitude of happiness. Cultivate a spirit of optimism. Walk with faith, rejoicing in the beauties of nature, in the goodness of those you love, in the testimony which you carry in your heart concerning things divine." - President Gordon B. Nickle (Ensign, November 1984)
and this talk ...

You can rest assured that your birthday wish has come true. You DO make a difference. This is going to sound incredibly cheesy, but you have brought joy to my life. I have loved getting to know you so much and enjoyed the laughs and really, really great talks that we have shared. You are a good friend, but above that you are a WONDERFUL mother and wife. You may not know that difference that you made in your kids' lives until they are grown, but I promise you, you will see it one day.
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a fabulous birthday Kim! Love ya!
You make a difference to me too! You're such a good example to me of loving motherhood. You're always trying to improve and become a better person. That, and you have a great sense of style. You're always classy, tasteful and modest. Happy Birthday!
