Every morning I wake up with a head full of things to do. I scramble around trying to put them in lists of importance all while trying to keep the peace within my little brood (trying to recall everything I've learned and read about parenting at the same time.) I love being a wife and the quirks that come with having my man forever. I love to be creative and thrive on crossing off my to do list. I strive to find balance and put first things first which brings me PEACE & JOY and allows me to sleep so much easier when I do. I think that one of the secrets to being HAPPY in life is to find that balance. I'm learning how to be kinder to myself and learning patience in progress. Everyday, through the thick and thin of life I'm trying to turn my heart towards heaven and remember what's really important.Oh, and I love to eat, so much so that I love to exercise too.

Dan in Real Life...Uplifting and Funny!!

I was so excited to finally go out and see this marvelous movie. I wanted to go last weekend but we couldn't find a babysitter. At first glance I thought this movie looked like it might be a crude comedy. I was sooo wrong!! I enjoy Steven Carell but know that he's been in some movies that I won't see. Anyway, I went here to review it before we saw it. Its become a habit to go to Plugged in Online before we see a movie. I don't want any nasty surprises after we spend good money. I loved this movie because I walked away excited about life!!!! I love his family too. When I'm a Grandma I want the family environment portrayed in the movie!!! Actually, now would be even better. There's two parts in particular that I looooooved. When the family is exercising together and holding a talent show in the living room.

Oh, I loved Meet the Robinson's too. It had a wonderful message about not giving up. The characters are great! I'm buying this movie, and I don't usually by any.

  2. We don't ever go to movies for the same reasons that you are worried about. I do not want to spend a bunch of money on a movie that has crud in it. I've never heard of Plugged in, but it's definitely worth checking out!

I took my kids to see Meet the Robinsons at a dollar theater in Idaho Falls last spring. I was expecting it to be kind of lame, but I was very pleasantly surprised! The kids and I both loved it. It reminded me a lot of Back to The Future, only for kids.
