- Every morning I wake up with a head full of things to do. I scramble around trying to put them in lists of importance all while trying to keep the peace within my little brood (trying to recall everything I've learned and read about parenting at the same time.) I love being a wife and the quirks that come with having my man forever. I love to be creative and thrive on crossing off my to do list. I strive to find balance and put first things first which brings me PEACE & JOY and allows me to sleep so much easier when I do. I think that one of the secrets to being HAPPY in life is to find that balance. I'm learning how to be kinder to myself and learning patience in progress. Everyday, through the thick and thin of life I'm trying to turn my heart towards heaven and remember what's really important.Oh, and I love to eat, so much so that I love to exercise too.

Jeff's Grandpa Wiberg died Saturday, June 2, 2007
Jeff's grandpa Wiberg died of cancer the other day. We went to the funeral on Monday. I didn't know his grandma very well. He was very quiet. I thought that he was only quiet in his old age but I learned at the funeral that he was always that way. It was said that he didn't raise his voice to show authority and that he had integrity. I always come away from funerals with a renewed commitment to live my life in a way that makes a difference. That because of something I've done, someone will be better off. It was a wonderful experience to meet Jeff's cousins and visit with our own family. We spent all day visiting with Uncles and Aunts and I met a couple of funny cousins. One of his cousins, Kristin Wiberg, plays the ukulele. She's awesome!!! She wrote a song called Stripling Warrior. She's supposed to send it via email. I will post it as soon as I get it. I love it!!!! Here's a sampling of Kristin.
